I thought I would send to you a note about the quality of your staff. Everyone has been especially helpful, but I would like to recognize the outstanding work and leadership provided by Dave Titus. He is both customer driven and quality driven. Even during some extremely difficult challenges he faced with other customers today, he still made it his mission to ensure that everything needed for the successful completion of the Valor booth was being done. I very much appreciated his professional manner, skillful attention to detail, and his good nature. I am sure you recognize the value that Mr. Titus brings to your company. There is no greater asset that to have employees who insist on making your customers happy.

I was very impressed with the entire staff at AE. George Morse delivered exactly what he promised. Ann Dang was on top of every aspect of our show from submitting the forms to coordinating the delivery and setup at the show. Blanca and Rubin did an incredible job on the graphics. They were fast and they were accurate, and a pleasure to work with. Abraham worked so well with my person on the show floor. He was obviously very hard working and dedicated. The entire crew were always accessible. There was never a time when I was left hanging or wondering what was happening. Their level of professionalism was top notch. There was one small mistake which was corrected in time for the show. Blanca and Rubin had to come back in to re-output and they could not have been nicer about it. Their attitude was it's not a problem we want to get it right for you. George Morse our salesman was there through the entire process. Usually salesman duck out once the sale is made but not George, h e was just great. In today's business climate when the product is pretty similar across the board, this type of work force is what sets you apart. For each and every person to behave this professionally and with this much care, it has to trickle down from the top. To me it says it's a quality company. Our experience could not have been better. I personally am looking forward to the next opportunity when I can work with this group of people again.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Ann Dang. She is fast and efficient with a friendly , can-do attitude. Doing business in Southern California typically means rushed, poor customer service. We So-Cal? residents are so used to it that it has almost become the norm and therefore acceptable. It is refreshing to see that there are a few people like Ann who still believe in traditional methods of customer service and do not require multiple follow-ups from a customer to motivate a reply. She is a fine asset to your company and sets a good example on your front line of communication. I hope she is well compensated for her effort as she certainly deserves it in this customers opinion.

Working with you, Terry and the team at AE was great. You did meet the expectations and exceeded them! Having your company on the show floor during setup and dismantle was very helpful and made it easy to get help when we needed something. We really liked the design, especially the edge-lit plexi, which worked great for displaying our products. We like the design and finish, because it did not reflect a rental booth. The service was 10x better than last year when we used another exhibit company. There was nothing to dislike, everything went together well, looked great and helped us have a successful show. We even had a few positive comments regarding the booth design. Thanks again for everything and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

All of us at Strasbaugh were very pleased with the booth you all put together for us. From our initial contact, throughout the project, and now even at the end, you and your staff have been responsive, professional, and easy to work with. When we encountered bumps in the road, which are to be expected, you and your staff dealt with them efficiently and effectively.
Cost was a major concern for us this year. With Absolute Exhibits, we were able to reduce our overall expense for the show, while presenting a new, high tech look.
