HITEC 2009
I was very impressed with the entire staff at AE. George Morse delivered exactly what he promised. Ann Dang was on top of every aspect of our show from submitting the forms to coordinating the delivery and setup at the show. Blanca and Rubin did an incredible job on the graphics. They were fast and they were accurate, and a pleasure to work with. Abraham worked so well with my person on the show floor. He was obviously very hard working and dedicated. The entire crew were always accessible. There was never a time when I was left hanging or wondering what was happening. Their level of professionalism was top notch. There was one small mistake which was corrected in time for the show. Blanca and Rubin had to come back in to re-output and they could not have been nicer about it. Their attitude was it's not a problem we want to get it right for you. George Morse our salesman was there through the entire process. Usually salesman duck out once the sale is made but not George, h e was just great. In today's business climate when the product is pretty similar across the board, this type of work force is what sets you apart. For each and every person to behave this professionally and with this much care, it has to trickle down from the top. To me it says it's a quality company. Our experience could not have been better. I personally am looking forward to the next opportunity when I can work with this group of people again.
